Pics from Stef today

Shea from Oklahoma, came from Liege Belgium, where she is studying as exchange student, so we all met in Paris (5 of us studying in Springfield MO) in what was called: "The Sunvilla-Paris meeting",
Next pics: from my 1st party at home!

Lots of Work but still smiling...

Hilarious!

Today I had class at 9am "Gestion des Ressources Humaines": Cancelled, just 7 people in class, no notice given. Great!
Then I made the photocopies for the "Recherche Management" class, 80 copies: 5€. I gave them out during all the day in the 2 different campuses we've got to have freshman till seniors answering. I managed 77. Now the time consuming part of passing the results to Excel and sending them to Magda the Polish girl to interpret them with her programme.

13h: Meeting for "Strategie des Entreprises" at a nice Italian Restaurant, (I enjoyed Saumon Tagliatelle and a jam and chesse sandwich), I gotta do: External Analysis of our company for monday at 18h in front of Place de la Sorbonne.

I finish at 14h, so I check my diary: French Exam at 15h. Wow but I already decided I wasn't sitting it... oh who cares, Ive got time, just do it! hehe. Fairly easy test at the end of the day.

Finally I came back at around 18h (Ive got at 18:30 the goodbye erasmus meeting), but I already told my friend from Italy: Paolo, Id be late "as always" he said hehe.

Hilarious part now: Whilst I was coming up the stairs, I saw a women and her young daughter, before me, who finally stopped at the 4th floor. And the little girl (not more than 6/7 Id say), said when I continued going up till my place: "Mama: C'est-il-du sixième", at first I was stunned... but then I realized: uppps the whole building is starting to know me now, I didnt really realize that maybe my loud music and parties, where so popular (popular not only in the sense of erasmus people coming and having fun) but popular in the sense that the noise is not only heard in the 5th but also in the 4th floor. No wonder all the neighbours look at me so serious when I smile and say: "Bonjour"...

Who cares... anyway gotta go back to do some of my strategy stuff,

Bisous!

Pictures, from Anna Bjorling's Camera

These are all from the Visit of Anna, Stefan and Catherine (all ex-Sunvilla residents in Springfield Missouri!), we enjoyed a nice dinner at my appartment (I rather call it loft , sounds more chick, jeje) 1st pic we are doing the stupid...
Next from Stefs camera!
Bisous a Tous!

Internet, but Still no Time!!

Damn! We just found out today in class of Strategy that the Group Project, does not have to be done by after Christmas, but BEFORE! mmmh Merci, just 1 week to finish it. ("Oh but I let u hand it in by friday 22nd as opposed to tuesday 19th...") Merci Bien!
What does that mean? Ok tomorrow, I have a newly scheduled meeting at 13h, which means I will surely not get to French class at 15h, who cares it is just french, oh but Ive got the Mid-term exam... well whatever, I wont sit it, at the end of the day, I wasnt getting any credit from the french class (just learning)... But I guess I would have gotten a good grade, mais evidemment, rien que je peux faire...!
And today I had my group meeting for the Recherche Management Project, (Why do we always leave everything for last minute?) Im doing it with Vic, a Canadian-Indian guy and Magda, from Poland. Magda will be in charge of the statistic (She leaves for Warsaw on Thursday), Vic: a little bit of field work and much of typeing (leaving for Toronto on Sunday), and me Much of Field work and some writing, staying more days than the rest. Overall what does this mean: I need to go class by class sending out and ensuring that they fill out, the questionnaires for our Project: "L'Interdiction de Fumeur en France, vu par les eleves de la Sorbonne!"
If that wasnt enough, I have next tuesday the 10 minute Presentation of Human Ressources, about the Topic: "The Perspectives for Executives in France", which I have already submitted to my friend Toufik from Marocco (who knows perfect France and either him or his gf Sylvie, from France can hopefully check my correct use of the language).
And Moreover, Ive got an erasmus meeting wed, to say goodbye to those who leave for good, Spanish-Italian dinner Thursday (with the consequent request for me making Agua de Valencia, which really means getting really fucked up, as the party will continue at the newly opened club: Planet Hollywood), Birthday of my good friend Simon from The Netherlands, and on top of that: Visit on Friday of my two friends from My University in Valencia: Pepetony and Hector, and an extra friend of them, all coming from Polland, and they will stay here until Wednesday 20 when I come back... Hopefully alive!
So not much time, Im looking forward for next wednesday, when whether with everything done, or not, I will get into the plane and reach my Loved Valencia!
Still, Im gonna upload some pictures... dont panic ;-)

1 Mois apres...

Bonjoooouuurrrr!!!!
Ok my last update was on the 9th of November, therefore its already 1 month since I last bothered you with my daily routine and my pictures...
I could start to give the usual crap excuses (although this time they might be true), anyway just to for the record: I have Internet @ Home (@ Last!!!) Just 2 weeks before leaving home for the Christmas break, but I guess thats how it works here.
During this last month a lot of people came to visit me, I had the visit of the Sunvilla Crowd (my friends from Springfield MO) Stefan from the Netherlands, Anna from Sweden, Catherine from Aix-en-Provence here in France, and also Shea from Oklahoma, who is currently studying in Liege, Belgium. Anyway we really had a nice time, so I will very soon post some pictures.
The weekend after I threw my first Erasmus Party in my place... AMAZING: 32 people inside 25m2. I bought some Pizzas, and made 5 litres of my already Famous AGUA de VALENCIA... mmmhh, most people where a little "bouree" :-D
Some weekends later, 2 of my best friends from my University the Polytechnic in Valencia: Ivan & Choche (members with Monra from the Original "Secta" jeje), came for the weekend. They know me well, thats why the brought 4 Bottles of Rum and one of Gin, (after the weekend just 1 bottle of rum is left), needless to say that we partied very very hard during those days...
The next morning after they left, I met my neighbour when I was descending the stairs and he told me that he wasn't gonna stand all the noice and hassle we made until 2am every day... I just said : "d'accord" and left... I believe he isnt that impressed with me.
Also last weekend, my Dad came to visit me, so thats for sure, I really really ATE well...hehe u can Imagine.
And finally next week 2 other friends from my University Pepeto & Hector are coming to my place, cause they are at the time doing their erasmus in Poland, so on the way back they have to come through Paris... what better than coming 5 days Chez Uncle Angel ;-)
Ill try to upload the pictures from this last month.
Hope u are all doing alright,
Gros Bisous,
Angelito.
